We are looking for a Call Center Representative who will be the representative between our company and its present and future customers. Primary Responsibilities:
- Timely manage a huge number of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Recognizing customer’s needs, check every issue, elucidate facts and come up with solutions or alternatives.
- Selection of topics according to provided communication scripts
- Maintain records of all conversations in call center’ database in an intelligible manner.
- Point out the needs and requirements by incorporation with the customers.
- Regularly attend informative conferences to enhance knowledge and performance levels.
- Improve organization position by taking up ownership for achieving new and various requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
