Hospice Director Of Clinical Services
TechInception is looking for a Hospice director of clinical services. The director of clinical services plans, organizes, directs the strategic developments for ongoing operations of the clinical teams. In addition, their responsibilities include facilitation, implementation and continuous evaluation of all clinical qualities, safety, regulatory and performance improvement activities required for the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper execution of clinical operations and strategies.
- Develop and implement new clinical policies to ensure pre-existing policies are effective, efficient and being successfully integrated within the organization.
- Describe the procedure to collect, compile reports and analyze their statistics to highlight risky areas as well as areas for growth and improvement across the organization.
- Implement policies for effective clinical systems within the federal standards and regulatory compliance across the organization.
- Preparation of status reports for Chief Operation Officer related to clinical progress and outcomes across the organization
- Monitor changes in regulatory compliance recommended for operational changes through appropriate channels, act as a support resource in compliance activities.
- Monitor and assists in the hierarchy of clinical staff and structure across the organization.
- Deployed fiscal policies and procedures related to clinical teams that ensure financial solvency and integrity.
- Develop deep relationships internally and externally to build collaboration.
- Provide support and operate as a clinical resource to achieve desired goals in the following programmatic areas: Care Center, Comprehensive Homecare.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in nursing degree from a well-reputed school of nursing.
- 3-4 years of experience as a director nursing in a skilled nursing facility and knowledge of TCU.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Proper knowledge related to state and federal regulations governing nursing homes licensed by the State of Minnesota preferred.
- Proper knowledge of Home and Community-based Services.
- Previous experience with the Optima (preferred).
- Previous training or experience in geriatric nursing preferred.
