TechInception is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative leader to join our organization to maximize benefits to pharmacy areas of the enterprise. Member Analytics will work closely with multiple business partners, lead a group of analytics professionals and deliver a range of analytic solutions to help decision-making in order to influence patient, caregiver and outcomes related to TechInception programs and services. PBM Member Analytics focuses on analyzing a cross-functional set of plans to attain maximum innovation and productivity. Analyze systematic solutions regarding assessment and stratification of patient populations, their needs/ opportunities and cost efficiency of PBM member-centric services.
Essential Roles And Responsibilities:
- Coordinate for the product innovation and management with team members as well as with clinical, operations, digital and sales marketing partners to identify existing business needs/problems which can be effectively resolved by utilizing various analytic approaches
- Interacts with executive leadership to highlight areas where analytics can drive business value and can solve business problems
- Coordinates with partners to define and deliver advanced analytic solutions to drive enhanced utilization management outcomes, such as case volume forecasting, automated outlier detection, predictive modeling based on artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques for population segmentation and risk stratification
- Deliver analytic solution, procedures and methods to utilize analytical capabilities to enable automated insight generation and reporting, such as identification and closure of data gaps, metrics and measurement methodology. Moreover, work for development, design and prototyping of self-service reporting and data visualization solutions
- PBM member Analytic studies to justify and identify other data sources (EMR, lab results, clinical data and notes, consumer purchasing data, digital engagement data, etc.) to provide actionable and relevant timely analytic insight
- Manipulate a team of highly qualified members with a degree of Master’s and Ph.D. level analytics professional. Summarize individual goals, performance and provide support to all members of the board
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Statistics, Biostatistics, Health economics, pharmacy or related field
- MBA with training in statistics and health services may also apply
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Expert in establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with analytic and non-analytic business partners including, executive leadership to handle business needs. Able to formulate proposes and refine analytic solutions to meet the business needs for the betterment of the organization
- Experienced in building and leading team in a matrix environment
- Experienced in building and leading the team in a matrix environment. Handle staff having advanced degrees and diverse backgrounds to one platform collectively. Demonstrate better performance in different areas as, allocating resources based on priority skill level, strengths, and area of expertise to train and mentor junior colleagues
- Understanding and experience with a variety of analytic processes and techniques, including health economics outcomes research, population health, measurement methodologies/instrument development, hypothesis testing, data collecting statistical significance testing, modeling and machine learning
- Expert in processes of patient segmentation and stratification, research, personalization of outreach, database marketing, multivariate testing concepts and measurement
- Possesses excellent written and oral communication. Demonstrate expertise, in data presentation with the ability to communicate in an appropriate style to the right audience, from the analytic professionals to the senior business leaders
- Capable of working with large data sources, particularly administrative claims, digital engagement and clinical program data to focus on efficient data extraction from large databases, data manipulation, and setting up optimized summary data layers
- Expert in leading and engaging in multiple projects, to take initiatives appropriately to prioritize one on another
- Well aware of the healthcare administration landscape and familiarity with the PBM industry, business model, including patient and payer concerns, as well as the operational considerations
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau and other data, statistical and data visualization tools. Able to adapt emerging analytic tools and solutions to incorporate analytic standard operating procedures
- 10-12 years of experience in the analytics field
Working experience in:
- Management consulting experience
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefits utilization management programs and experience in using analytics to strengthen behavior change
