Senior Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for answering incoming calls, completing outbound calls from patients, physicians and pharmacists while maintaining quality customer service and maximizing productivity. This role is challenging and rewarding as well. Assists to identify problems and determine solutions both independently and in a group setting. Work within multiple computer systems simultaneously and respond to provide specific medication details and clinical information. In a fast-paced and highly intellectual environment, accuracy is essential.
