Front Desk – Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking professional, fast-paced, full-time patient care coordinator. Enable to work in a high volume office with efficiency, ability to provide excellent customer service and pay attention to details. Criteria need punctuality and a high level of professionalism. The applicant could perform multitasks, problem solutions, stay focused and well mannered. Enable to prepare/review large treatment plans of patients and build financial arrangements.

Patient Care Coordinator for the Diagnostics area will work collectively with physicians and staff to perform multi administrative duties in support of patient care. Position includes a high volume of phone calling and utilization of our electronic health record.

Primary Responsibilities:

Attend phone calls to manage provider schedules.

Arrange patients for appointments.

Ensure the completion of necessary paperwork

Compile prior authorizations and assist with medication refills.

Strong attention detail and accuracy required.


High school graduates (or GED equivalent)

Preferred Skills/Experience

Working experience in:

Appointment scheduling highly desired.

Appointment scheduling experience highly desired.

Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

At least one-year administrative support experience in a medical clinic or hospital.
