Hospice Account Liaison

The Account Liaison is a target-oriented health care sales position and is responsible for the grooming of business. The initial referral sources include hospitals, physicians, senior retirement communities and skilled nursing facilities. The Account Liaison has to develop strong relationships with physicians and organizations to execute territory sales plans and to provide extraordinary customer service ascommitted.

Hospice liaison, have to develop new business contacts, maintain current relationships for development and implementation of sale strategies to grow market share.

Primary Responsibilities:

Forecasting set priorities to execute business strategy.

Set and achieve targets for sales revenues.

Daily calls to referrals to promote the benefits of our hospice services.

Increase market share by obtaining referrals and increased participation in the TechInception programs

Coordinate effectively with all members of the health care delivery team.

Regular meetings to inform the operational team, clinical team, and an outreach group of new referral patients.

To collect updates regarding the referred patients.

Qualifications

Graduate in marketing, business, communications or related health field from reputable institution required or RN, LPN/LVN.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Minimum of 2 years in healthcare services preferred.

Experience in MLM.

Demonstrated presentation skills.

Extensive experience in:

Experience in Hospice or healthcare business development.
